Where can I buy my online ticket?

• Only on the official Cinema City website www.cinemacity.sk.

What payment methods can I use online?

• Pay online with VISA and MASTER CARD, PayPal or Fast Bank Transfer.

Can I always use all forms of online payment?

• The system will always offer up-to-date capabilities, as some cooperating banks do not support fast transfers during weekends and at night. Card payment is always available.

How is the abuse of the card treated?

• The online system uses the PayPal security features, making online payments as secure as possible.
 

What is the credit card expiration limit for purchasing an online e-ticket?

• The payment card must be valid at the time of payment.
 

Can I buy any ticket online?

• The following e-tickets are for online sales: Adult, Child under 12, Teens from 13 to 19 years old, Senior, Student (holder of a valid student card with photo) and Ladies Movie Night.
• If you purchase a discounted ticket, you will be asked to submit a document entitling you to receive a discount when you enter the cinema.
• Exceptions are special projections - Filmania and CinemaKids, which are not avaliable online.
 

Can I buy 3D glasses online too?

Yes.
 

When can I buy a ticket at the latest?

• At the beginning of your selected performance.

Why do I have to pay an online purchase fee?

• It's a fee for using online shopping. Online purchase means any purchases of products or services through websites from any fixed or mobile device, any delivery method and any selected payment method. An online purchase fee is charged for each purchased ticket. This fee is not charged for the purchase of tickets at the cinema office box and is not charged for booking tickets online. Tickets can be purchased online with handling fees for online purchase by any payment method or at the movie theater without any charge even when paying by credit or debit card.
 

How will my ticket be delivered to me?

• We offer 2 delivery options:
• Print at home - Your e-ticket will appear automatically after you authorize your payment and will be sent to the email address you enter. You can submit a ticket printed or electronically from the mobile device display.
• Pick up in the cinema - you will receive a confirmation with a transaction number; after checking the transaction number at the cashier, you can pick up the ticket.
 

Do I have an advantage not waiting in queue if I chose the option: "Pick up in the cinema"?

• No, therefore, we recommend choosing "Print at home". If you prefer to pick up a ticket at the ticket office, do so well in advance.
 
 

How do I enter cinema with a purchased e-ticket?

• If you have an e-ticket stored on a mobile device or printed, please submit it to our employee when entering the cinema. The employee will check the ticket and if valid, you are free to enter cinema hall.
 

What happens if I damage the ticket?

• In case of bar code corruption, the authenticity of the ticket can also be checked by the numeric code that is included in each e-ticket.
 

What should I do if I do not receive an email with an e-ticket?

What happens if I delete my email with an e-ticket?

I have wrongly entered the confirmation email address for online e-tickets, what should I do?

• Tickets are always sent to the e-mail address the customer has entered when creating a Paypal account or the customer already registered with PayPal. In the event of entering wrong email address, contact [email protected] with the identification number of your ticket and the correct email address to which you want the e-Ticket to be delivered.
 

I bought the wrong kind of e-tickets, how do I change it?

• Exchange of an e-ticket is not possible. In this case, you must return the ticket and purchase a new one.
 

How and when can I return the ticket?

• An E-Ticket must be unused.
• You can apply for cancellation of the e-ticket personally in the cinema 15 minutes before the start of the show only in the respective operation where the e-tickets were designated or by email during workdays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and during weekends from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm but not later than three hours before the start of the screening, to: [email protected].
 

Do I pay a cancellation fee?

No.
 

I bought 3 E-tickets, but I only use two. How should I proceed?

• You can always cancel the entire transaction. Payment will be refunded only in cash.
• Two tickets must be purchased at the movie theater or at www.cinemacity.sk.
